Each toxin mentioned will eventually end up here on the glossary page for quick reference.  The skindeep ratings go from 0-10, with 0 being the least toxic and 10 being the most.

1, 4 Dioxane (Skindeep rating: 10): A solvent often used in commercial laundry detergents. It is a known human immune system toxicant and possible human carcinogen. (1)

Endocrine Disruptor: Interferes with the hormonal system, which can cause learning disabilities, earlier onset of puberty, obesity with insulin resistance, ADD, cognitive and brain development problems. (2)

Phthalates:  Plasticizers often used in PVC to soften the material. Used in synthetic fragrances to fix scent.  A known endocrine disruptor linked to metabolic disorders.  Can leach through plastic toys through the mouth (1,3)

Triclosan (Skindeep: 7):  Restricted in cosmetics in Japan and Canada.  An antibacterial and antifungal agent found in deodorants, hand soap, cleansers, antibacterial products, clothing, kitchen equipment.  Alters hormones in animals.  FDA is still debating this as an endocrine disruptor in humans.  Alternative names: Irgasan DP-300, Lexol 300, Ster-Zac, Cloxifenolum, triclocarban, Microban.(4)
